Magnetic Resonance Imaging or MRI is a medical equipment used to take pictures of various parts of your body that can be obtained at almost any angle. It is like an upgraded x-ray or CAT scan. Another must have in a medical center or hospital is a cath lab. A cath lab or catherization laboratory is a place in the hospital where patients are diagnosed using a catheter. A catheter is inserted into arteries then wires are inserted via the catheter into the arteries of that body. This is another set of equipment you have to spend on. Cath labs are also expensive, but if you choose to purchase used cath lab you will only have to spend around $45,000. That is a great bargain for a whole catherization laboratory.
Hospitals, clinics, medical centers and laboratories are a big investment. You can make tons of money from it. But that does not mean that you must splurge in equipment. Used medical equipment is fine just as long as you know how to examine them before actually buying them. If you must invest in this kind of business, invest in training your people to give better service. Train them to use your equipment properly because no matter how new your equipment are, if your clinic staff or laboratory staff are not trained properly, it is all useless. Invest in customer care!
